Job Description:
We are looking for a senior creative designer to develop a complete visual identity and creative system for a new brand launch. This is a high-level creative project that requires strong branding experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to create a consistent visual presence across both digital and marketing materials.
The selected designer will work from our business concept, target audience, positioning, and marketing objectives to develop a distinctive and professional brand identity.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop the overall creative strategy and visual direction.
2. Create a complete and distinctive brand identity.
3. Design the primary and secondary logo variations.
4. Develop brand colors, typography, imagery style, and visual guidelines.
5. Create website and social media visual concepts.
6. Design advertising and promotional materials.
7. Develop branded presentation and marketing templates.
8. Create a comprehensive brand guideline document.
9. Prepare production-ready and editable design assets.
10. Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Requirements:
1. Extensive professional experience in branding and creative design.
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating complete brand identity projects.
3. Advanced knowledge of professional graphic design software.
4. Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
5. Strong creative strategy and conceptual development skills.
6. Ability to manage a large design project from concept to final delivery.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Expected Deliverables:
A complete professional brand identity system including logo suite, color palette, typography, visual guidelines, social media assets, marketing materials, presentation templates, digital creative assets, comprehensive brand guidelines, and editable source files.
Salary/Budget: ৳90,000–৳1,50,000
