The Data Quality Associate helps maintain the overall reliability of organizational data by monitoring quality standards and identifying recurring problems. This role focuses on finding patterns that may reduce data usability and supporting improvements that make information more dependable over time.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned data samples against established quality standards.
• Identify recurring patterns in inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information.
• Record quality issues using appropriate tracking methods.
• Group identified problems according to their type, source, or severity.
• Prepare periodic summaries showing common data-quality concerns.
• Assist in investigating the possible causes of repeated data issues.
• Recommend practical improvements when recurring problems are identified.
• Work with relevant team members to communicate quality findings.
• Follow up on previously reported issues to determine whether they have been addressed.
• Maintain documentation related to quality checks, findings, and corrective actions.
• Support internal initiatives designed to improve the reliability of business information.
