We are looking for an imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Visualizer & Graphic Artist to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concepts and stunning visual execution. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-impact visual graphics, brand campaigns, and creative assets that captivate audiences and elevate our brand identity across both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
Visual Conceptualization: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and translate creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling ideas, storyboards, and design layouts.
Graphic Design & Execution: Create high-quality visual content for social media, digital advertising, marketing campaigns, print materials, packaging, and corporate branding.
Brand Consistency: Maintain, enforce, and evolve the brand guidelines across all creative deliverables to ensure a unified visual identity.
Campaign & Marketing Assets: Collaborate with the marketing team to design persuasive visual collateral for product launches, event promotions, and lead generation campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and content strategists to refine concepts and deliver seamless creative projects on schedule.
Trend & Innovation Tracking: Stay updated with current graphic design trends, visual styles, digital media formats, and software tools to keep our creative output fresh and competitive.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on portfolio experience).
Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visualizer, or Graphic Artist (agency background is a strong plus).
Portfolio: A impressive portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills, conceptual thinking, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Technical Mastery:

Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or digital UI design tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics or Video Editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.
Core Competencies: Strong creative vision, excellent time management, ability to handle feedback constructively, and acute attention to detail.
