We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage the finishing stage of video projects after filming is complete. This role is responsible for taking assembled footage through the final refinement process and ensuring every deliverable meets the required creative and technical standards.
Areas of Responsibility
- Receive and inspect footage, audio tracks, graphics, and other production assets.
- Prepare project media and maintain a clean, structured post-production workflow.
- Perform detailed cutting and sequencing according to the approved edit direction.
- Clean dialogue and improve overall audio consistency where necessary.
- Carry out color balancing and visual finishing across individual scenes.
- Integrate visual effects, titles, captions, and supplied graphic assets.
- Identify continuity problems, rendering issues, missing media, and other production errors.
- Conduct final quality checks before a project moves to delivery.
- Generate master files and platform-specific versions according to technical specifications.
- Archive completed projects and supporting assets for future access.
Technical Requirements - Solid understanding of professional post-production processes.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, frame rates, resolutions, and export workflows.
- Ability to work carefully with high-volume media and complex project files.
- Strong troubleshooting ability when technical issues appear during editing or export.
- Excellent attention to small visual and audio inconsistencies.
