Social Media Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and reliable social media marketing assistant to help manage our brand’s online presence. The main focus will be creating and scheduling engaging content for Facebook and Instagram and helping us maintain consistent communication with our audience.

We will provide brand information, product details, images, and general content guidelines. The selected freelancer will be responsible for organizing the content and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and schedule social media posts based on our content plan.
2. Write simple and engaging captions for posts.
3. Select suitable images and visual content.
4. Monitor comments and basic audience engagement.
5. Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
6. Provide a short weekly update on content performance.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
2. Experience with Facebook and Instagram business pages.
3. Good writing and communication skills.
4. Ability to create engaging social media content.
5. Reliable and organized approach to work.

Expected Deliverables:

A complete monthly social media content schedule with approximately 12–16 posts and basic weekly performance updates.

Salary/Budget: ৳5,000–৳8,000
