Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable IT and web support specialist to help maintain our company website and resolve routine technical issues. The website is already operational, and this project mainly involves regular maintenance, troubleshooting, content updates, and basic performance improvements.
The selected freelancer will work with our existing website and hosting environment and will receive access to the necessary files and technical information.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the website for basic technical issues.
2. Fix broken links, forms, images, and minor website errors.
3. Update website content when requested.
4. Perform basic website backups and maintenance.
5. Check website functionality across desktop and mobile devices.
6. Identify and resolve basic performance issues.
7. Provide a short summary of completed maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in website maintenance and IT support.
2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, hosting, and website administration.
3. Ability to troubleshoot common website issues.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Reliable communication and response time.
Expected Deliverables:
One month of website maintenance and technical support, including routine updates, troubleshooting, basic performance checks, and issue resolution.
Salary/Budget: ৳6,000–৳10,000
