IT Infrastructure & Network Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT support professional to help review and improve our company’s internal network and IT infrastructure. The project will focus on improving network reliability, device connectivity, basic security, and day-to-day technical support.

We will provide information about our current setup, devices, network environment, and existing technical issues. The selected professional will assess the current system and recommend practical improvements.

Responsibilities:

1. Review the existing network and IT infrastructure.
2. Identify connectivity and performance issues.
3. Assist with router, switch, Wi-Fi, and device configuration.
4. Troubleshoot common hardware and software problems.
5. Review basic network security settings.
6. Assist with user account and device management.
7. Document the current IT setup and recommended improvements.
8. Provide technical support during the project.
9. Test network performance after implementing approved changes.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in IT support and network administration.
2. Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
3. Experience troubleshooting Windows computers and common business devices.
4. Understanding of basic IT security practices.
5. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Ability to document technical information clearly.

Expected Deliverables:

A reviewed and improved IT network environment, documented infrastructure information, resolved priority issues, and a practical recommendation report for future improvements.

Salary/Budget: ৳25,000–৳45,000
