Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to assist with a large data migration and database cleanup project. The role involves transferring information between systems, standardizing records, identifying errors, and ensuring the final database is properly organized.
Responsibilities:
1. Transfer data between spreadsheets and database systems
2. Clean and standardize existing records
3. Identify duplicate and incomplete information
4. Validate migrated data
5. Organize records according to predefined categories
6. Maintain data consistency throughout the migration
7. Prepare final data quality reports
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in data migration or database management
2. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
3. Strong understanding of data organization
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Experience handling large datasets
6. Ability to follow strict data formatting requirements
7. Strong problem-solving skills
Expected Deliverables:
Cleaned and standardized database, successfully migrated data, duplicate-free records, validated database files, and data quality report.
Salary/Budget: ৳75,000–৳1,25,000
