Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced database specialist to help organize, maintain, and optimize our business database environment. The project will involve reviewing the current database structure, improving data organization, and ensuring reliable database performance.
The selected professional will work with our existing database environment and help establish better processes for maintenance, backup, data integrity, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
1. Review the existing database structure and configuration.
2. Identify data organization and performance issues.
3. Optimize database queries and overall performance.
4. Assist with database backup and recovery procedures.
5. Monitor database health and storage usage.
6. Maintain data integrity and consistency.
7. Create appropriate database documentation.
8. Troubleshoot database-related issues when required.
9. Recommend practical improvements to the existing database environment.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in database administration.
2. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
3. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar systems.
4. Understanding of database backup and recovery.
5. Knowledge of database security and access management.
6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
7. Ability to document technical processes clearly.

A reviewed and optimized database environment, improved database performance, documented backup procedures, technical documentation, and recommendations for future database management.
Salary/Budget: ৳30,000–৳50,000
