Video Editing Specialist

We are seeking a Video Editing Specialist to take ownership of assigned editing projects and turn production material into finished content that meets specific creative instructions. This position requires precision, consistency, and the ability to understand what a project needs before making editing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Study project instructions and determine the most effective editing approach.
• Build complete sequences from footage according to the supplied requirements.
• Refine cuts to improve continuity, timing, and overall viewing experience.
• Manage dialogue, background tracks, and supporting audio elements within the edit.
• Incorporate supplied graphics, captions, images, and other project resources.
• Apply appropriate visual adjustments to maintain a consistent appearance.
• Keep track of requested changes and implement revisions accurately.
• Maintain separate versions when a project requires multiple deliverables.
• Check completed edits carefully before submitting them for approval.
• Deliver finished projects using the requested naming, format, resolution, and file specifications.
