Reels & Shorts Editor

We are seeking a Reels & Shorts Editor who can turn ideas, recordings, and existing content into compact videos designed for mobile audiences. The editor will be responsible for making each clip easy to consume, visually energetic, and suitable for fast-scrolling environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert raw recordings into concise vertical clips with a clear beginning, middle, and finish.
• Identify moments that can work independently as short-form content.
• Create strong visual hooks within the opening portion of each video.
• Use punch-ins, reframing, visual emphasis, and timed cuts to maintain energy.
• Design readable subtitles and highlight important words through on-
• screen treatment.
• Match cuts and visual changes with dialogue, beats, or other audio cues.
• Resize and reposition source material so important subjects remain visible on mobile screens.
• Develop alternate edits from the same source when multiple clips are needed.
• Review every export for cropping, subtitle placement, audio problems, and timing issues.
• Maintain an organized library of completed clips and reusable editing assets.
