YouTube Video Editor

We are seeking a YouTube Video Editor who can shape recorded material into complete, viewer-friendly episodes. The position involves working closely with channel content to make videos informative, entertaining, and suitable for long-term audience retention.

Responsibilities

• Edit interviews, tutorials, vlogs, reviews, podcasts, and other YouTube formats.
• Build a clear narrative from multiple recordings and supporting footage.
• Remove repetitive sections, mistakes, dead space, and distracting portions.
• Enhance important moments with appropriate B-roll, graphics, screenshots, or visual references.
• Balance spoken audio and background elements for comfortable listening.
• Create clean introductions, section breaks, and endings where required.
• Add subtitles, chapter-style text, callouts, and other supporting elements when appropriate.
• Prepare polished final files while maintaining the required video quality.
  Produce engaging thumbnail-ready frames or visual assets when requested.
  Experience & Abilities
• Previous experience editing content specifically for YouTube is an advantage.
• Ability to understand a creator’s style and maintain consistency between episodes.
• Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and audience engagement.
• Comfortable working with lengthy recordings and large media files.
• Capable of handling revisions without losing the original creative direction.
• Good knowledge of export settings, codecs, resolutions, and YouTube-
• friendly formats.
