We are hiring a Short-Form Video Editor who knows how to turn a few seconds of footage into content that immediately grabs attention. You will work on fast-paced videos designed for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels.

Core Duties

Select attention-grabbing moments from longer recordings or raw clips.
Create strong opening seconds that encourage viewers to keep watching.
Cut unnecessary pauses and maintain a quick, natural pace.
Add readable captions, animated text, stickers, and visual callouts when suitable.
Match edits with trending sounds, dialogue, beats, or background music.
Reframe footage for vertical viewing and mobile screens.
Create multiple versions of content when different hooks or formats are required.
Check finished clips for timing, readability, audio clarity, and platform compatibility.
